At Jigs Puzzles, our goal is simple: we want you to love your custom creation. Because every puzzle is uniquely made to order, we handle returns and replacements on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy!

Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: Each puzzle is custom-printed and precision-cut. Please allow 5 business days for your order to be handcrafted before it ships.

  • Tracking: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Replacements

If there is an issue with your order or you aren't satisfied with the final product, we want to make it right.

  • How to get help: If you need assistance with a recent purchase, please email us

  • Damaged Items: If your puzzle arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please include a photo in your email so we can expedite a replacement for you.

Exclusions

  • Custom Puzzles: Since these are created using your personal photos, they cannot be returned for a change of mind.
